Hot Sauce Mix
Blend 1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce Mix with 1 14-16 oz can whole tomatoes.
Add Mexican Village Hot Spice for your own degree of hotness.

Gravy Mix
Heat 3 Tablespoons oil on low heat. Mix 1/4 cup flour with 1 1/2 tablespoon gravy mix, stir into heated oil. Add 2 cups water, bring to a boil, simmer 5 minutes, remove from heat, let stand 10 minutes to thicken.

Taco Mix
Brown one pound hamburger, drain grease. Add 2 tablespoons Taco Mix and mix well. Do no add water.

Fajita Marinade Mix
Stir in 3 tablespoons Fajita Marinade in 2 cups warm water. Cut steak or chicken into strips or cubes. Let sit in marinade for 1-2 hours. Cook marinade Fajita meat in pan or grill. Serve in tortilla, garnish and enjoy!

Blend 1 Tablespoon Rice Mix with one 14-16 oz. can whole tomatoes and place in saucepan. Add 1 cup water, 1 cup rice. Boil 15 minutes, let stand 5 minutes and serve.
